The Slipway Hotel date backs to 1527. It was a ship's chandlery in the 19th century selling all types of ship supplies and provisions out of what is now the two tiered restaurant. The Slipway was converted into a hotel in the mid twentieth century and has been gradually upgraded into its present state. Ten comfortably furnished en suite guest rooms many with sea views, stylishly decorated to a high standard. All rooms are well equipped and have crisp white cotton linen, luxurious fluffy towels, invigorating showers or sensuous baths, exquisite fittings and enchanting local art.
